On both review days conditions were warm and windy.

Testing criteria
Ten aspects pertaining to the riflescope were highlighted for review to determine overall build, quality and value of the offering (each aspect was rated out of 5 with the overall score out of 10, subsequently rated as 8/10):
Eye relief & Diopter Adjustment : Eye relief and diopter is easily adjustable and generous. 5/5
Magnification adjustment : Magnification adjustment is smooth. 5/5
Turrets / Tracking (windage & elevation – click feel, click audibility, turret size, adjustment response upon firing, recoil handling, etc.) : Tracking was excellent and reliable. I was able to achieve constant hits out to 1000m. Look and feel of knobs are great with good positive feel and audible adjustment. 5/5
Parallax / Focus adjustment knob : Parallax and focus at close ranges was excellent. I found it difficult to get clear focus at ranges beyond 800 meters. 4/5
Illuminated reticle adjustment knob : I found this knob a bit “tight” and often felt how the battery cap started unscrewing first if I did not grip the knob correctly. 3/5
Reticle (focal plane, size, thickness, holdovers, design) : The size, thickness of reticle and holdovers are great and easy to understand. The reticle at maximum zoom and at 1000m was not too thick as to hinder aiming small. At minimum focus though the reticle tends to “disappear”. My problem here is that at minimum zoom the reticle almost becomes a floating dot, bars at either sides and top, bottom would have improved this problem. 4/5
Glass (ocular lens, objective lens, overall clarity at variable ranges, etc.) : Clarity is above average for optics in this price range. 5/5
Overall scope aesthetics : Find the scope with its matt black look and tactical look of turrets very eye catching. 5/5
Packaging : Packaging is sturdy and snug. Gives a sense that scope will not damage in transport. 5/5
Price : Very good considering you are getting a beast of a scope with a lot of adjustment and good glass. 5/5
